Rest

Génesis 2:3 Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done

If you allow it, the world can make you so busy with daily living, you won’t eat or sleep. There are many things that can make you anxious or fearful. God designed us perfectly and this includes resting. I pray for needed rest in your life, Amen!
